Blessed Is She Who Believes

Luke 1:34

Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!”

And Mary said:

“My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me-holy is his name. His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. He has performed mighty deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts.

He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble. He has filled the hungry with good thing but has sent the rich away empty. He has helped his servant Israel, remembering to be merciful to Abraham and his descendants forever, just as he promised our ancestors.

Blessed is she who believes that the lord would fulfill his promises to her.

This morning the Holy Spirit is encouraging us to believe God's promises

BELIEVE

The vision, the dream or the prophetic word - Believe

Through turmoil, disasters, division and death - Believe

Through set backs, disappoints, lay-off and fear- Believe

Through senseless murders, catastrophic fires, and chaos/confusion-Believe

God is encouraging us to stop replaying the movie from our past, and press towards the prize that He has for us.

Believe every promise, believe you will have a glorious future for you, and believe that all things work together for the good of those who love the lord and are called according to His purpose.

When we believe we have a posture of gratitude and walk in victory.

Our heavenly father created us, loves us, and calls us His masterpiece. There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends. Our Father loves us that much, so...Believe.

God wants us to press through our pain, frustration, and circumstances. When we don't to lose focus. Keep our eyes on Him, and believe we will receive everything that He has promised us.
